This policy explains how Naanayam Intellect & Solutions ("we", "us") handles information when you visit naanayamintellect.com (the "Website"). It applies to the Website only. Each software product has a separate policy, for example the Income & Expense Tracker privacy policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you send us. The Website has no forms, accounts or sign-in. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, name (if shown) and whatever you write, and we use it to reply to you.
Technical data from hosting. The Website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Review: Confirm this matches how you use Cloudflare. If you later enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, a form, or any other service, this section must be updated first.

2. Cookies and analytics

Visitors are not given any cookies, and the Website does not use advertising or analytics tools. The only cookies are set when authorised administrators sign in to the admin area with Google: a strictly necessary session cookie (and a short-lived sign-in cookie) that holds the administrator's email address. Third-party providers involved in delivering the Website, such as Cloudflare, may use technical cookies or similar technology for security and performance.

Software downloads. When you download an installer from the Website, we do not collect any information about you ourselves. Cloudflare may log standard request data as described above.

Administrator sign-in. Administrators sign in with Google (OpenID Connect, requesting only the "openid" and "email" scopes). We use the email address solely to confirm the administrator is authorised.

3. How we use information

We use emails you send us only to respond to your message and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing and third parties

Cloudflare hosts the Website, stores software installers, and manages its domain name system (DNS).
Google provides sign-in for administrators only.
Email provider. Emails to [email protected] are handled by our email provider.
We may disclose information if required by law.

Review: Name the email provider once it is chosen (for example Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail, or Google Workspace). The support address is not yet configured.

5. Retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete them.

6. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
