1. The App

The App is a Windows desktop tool for recording and reviewing your own income and expenses. It is a record-keeping tool only; it does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and its figures depend on what you enter.

2. License and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. We keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the App.

The App is planned to be offered as a one-time purchase with online license activation.

5. Account security and acceptable use

7. Your data and backups

Your records are stored in a local database on your computer. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure, deletion, uninstalling or forgotten credentials.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
